Der Stil ist aus den 70er Jahren, erinnert an den Bauhausstil und ist auf langlebige hochwertige klassische Einzelstücke mit klaren Linien und individueller Fertigung fokussiert. Die Farbe Grün sollte man lieben! Mit einfachen Mitteln wie anderen Gardinen, Teppichen und Deko kann man ihm ein modernes Flair geben und doch seinen ganz eigenen Stil unterstreichen. Das Haus bietet mit seinen großzügigen Fenstern sehr viel Licht und es ist von Terrassen und einem schönen Park umgeben. No, it’s not the classic Tuscan rustico with antique wooden beamed ceilings and terracotta floors, here architect Cacliani Violano Roberta has ‘let off steam’ creatively together with the carpenter Colombini Loriano and I think the overall work is something to be proud of. The style is from the 70s, reminiscent of the Bauhaus style and focusses on durable, high-quality, classic individual pieces with clear lines and individual production. You should love the colour green! With simple means such as different curtains, carpets and decorations, you can give it a modern flair and still emphasise your very own style. An architect with extensive experience in home staging will be happy to assist you.

With its large windows, the house offers plenty of light and is surrounded by terraces and a beautiful park. The tall pine trees, the Mediterranean plants and the view of the village with its castle, especially beautiful at sunset, should be extremely fascinating for everyone. Una casa molto speciale a) per la sua posizione in un incantevole villaggio della Toscana centrale, b) per il suo stile assolutamente autentico, che spero possa ispirare voi quanto me. No, non è il classico rustico toscano con soffitti a travi di legno antico e pavimenti in cotto, qui l’architetto Cacliani Violano Roberta si è “sfogata” creativamente insieme al falegname Colombini Loriano e credo che il lavoro complessivo sia qualcosa di cui andare fieri. Lo stile è quello degli anni ’70, che ricorda lo stile Bauhaus e si concentra su pezzi singoli durevoli, di alta qualità e classici, con linee chiare e produzione individuale. Dovreste amare il colore verde! Con mezzi semplici come tende, tappeti e decorazioni diverse, potete dare un tocco di modernità e sottolineare il vostro stile personale. Un architetto con una vasta esperienza nell’home staging sarà lieto di assistervi.

Con le sue ampie finestre, la casa offre molta luce ed è circondata da terrazze e da un bellissimo parco. Gli alti pini, le piante mediterranee e la vista del villaggio con il suo castello, particolarmente bella al tramonto, dovrebbero essere estremamente affascinanti per tutti. Ogni camera è stata progettata e decorata individualmente con grande attenzione ai dettagli, i mobili realizzati con cura sono finemente coordinati e persino ogni porta è stata progettata appositamente.
